Traditional restaurants use menus to inform about the variety of food that is available and if you go to a cafeteria, they display food on the counter. Both types of food are not kept together on display. Merchandisers in the form of cabinet exist for displaying both types of food. It has a cabinet to keep the food cold and other cabinets to keep the food hot.
The warm compartment is closed and is heated by a heating unit that is located within the merchandiser itself. With this invention, hot and cold food can be put on display, and the display can attract lots of people. The present invention is neither cold storage nor hot storage it is a combination of both the storage. So, through this invention, both types of food can be stored for a long period of time.
