TODAY’S PATENT – LOCKABLE CLOTHES PIN
The Lockable clothes pin was invented by Pontus Goth from Stockholm, Sweden which was design patented in USPTO on 2nd February 2021 bearing the grant number. USD909699S1. This invention is visually similar to the socket wrench but possess a different application with a unique design that ornamental in essence.
The invention is unique from other prior existing generic cloth pins, it doesn’t work on the spring contraction mechanism, but still has a mechanical locking mechanism that does the job. The Plastic lockable clothes pin is with a flexible locking arm and hinges when pressed, the locking arm locks the jaw; the clip also has two outer hooks. Thus, helps grab cloths or any other similar items and help extend the usage in multiple other ways.
