Today’s Patent – Continuous Electric Flying Disc Launcher
The said invention (US12128327B1) was invented by Juying Shi and patented by USPTO on May 7th, 2024. Currently, it stands assigned to the Dongguan Hongyu Plastic Co Ltd.

The present application discloses a continuous electric flying disc launcher comprising a housing, power supply module, power assembly, ejector, trigger, limit assembly, and multiple stackable flying disc bodies. The power assembly includes a motor and power output shaft that rotates the topmost disc via interlocking convex blocks, while the limit assembly holds the remaining discs in place. The ejector, guided by a Z-shaped groove and reset by a spring, pushes out the launched disc, allowing the next disc to move into position.
The trigger activates the power supply and controls the ejector’s action. A gear mechanism and compact internal layout optimize space and stability. The launcher also includes a control board, proximity switch, and button for efficient power management, along with an LED light board and lampshade for visual effects during disc flight. Each disc integrates a light bead and kinetic energy circuit that lights up upon motion, enhancing gameplay visibility and enjoyment. This design enables continuous, automated disc launching with improved interactivity and user experience.
