The above invention is a method for producing butter. The butter is produced in a butter making machine. It comprises of rotatable beater present in the butter making cylinder which forms the butter grain and butter milk. They both are separated, the butter grain is kneaded in the first press which has a hollow base and two screw conveyors. The speed of the of the conveyors is regulated by a speed regulated drive. All the steps in the machine is electronically regulated by itself.
