TODAY’S PATENT – BIRD REPELLING TREATMENT COMPOSITION

The Bird repelling treatment composition was invented by Daniel R. Kramer. which is been patented by USPTO on 4^th September 2018 bearing patent no. US10064408B2. This patent has been assigned to AVIAN ENTERPRISES LLC.

The problems with the prior art are addressed by this invention, which provides a concentrated treatment composition that can be used for Odor and bird control in a variety of environments. This composition contains a bird-repellent, glycol, and fragrance-containing/Odor-control composition, which enables it to be miscible in water and substantially free of surfactants. It is possible to obtain the concentrated treatment composition in the form of a diluted treatment composition, which is analogous to the dilution of the concentrated composition.
