Today’s Patent – System, Method, and Apparatus for Providing Optimized Network Resources
The said invention (US12225386B2) was invented by Armando Montalvo, and patented by USPTO on July 24th, 2024. Currently, it stands assigned to the Digital Global Systems Inc.

This invention relates to a system for optimizing network resource utilization in wireless environments by leveraging real-time electromagnetic data, machine learning, and edge computing.
The system includes sensors to measure environmental conditions, a data analysis engine to process these measurements, and a machine learning engine to generate predictions about the electromagnetic environment. A Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) layer hosts a wireless network resource optimization application that uses these predictions, along with customer goals represented in binary vectors and system constraints, to identify and recommend actionable changes that improve spectrum efficiency and overall network performance.
The optimization application constructs a vector ensemble class for detected signals, evaluates signal interactions based on frequency and bandwidth, and integrates environmental insights and customer-defined policies. This combination enables dynamic adaptation of network resources, such as resource blocks, modulation parameters, and bandwidth, across network slices. The system supports physical layer optimization, multi-tenant configurations, and operates near the network edge to minimize latency and respond swiftly to changing conditions, ensuring intelligent, goal-aligned network resource management.
