This confection was invented by the inventors Sherry S. Elliott (Palmyra, PA), James Edward Pierce (Mount Wolf, PA), John Russell Stiff (Falcon Heights, MN). It was patented by the USPTO on the 2nd November, 2021, bearing patent number USD934531S1.

This patent was assigned to  The Hershey Company (Hershey, PA). Their claim is the ornamental design for a confection, as shown and described.
