TODAY'S PATENT - ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH

This invention electric toothbrush lets you change the eccentric shaft’s resonant frequency and the size of its vibrations. The electric toothbrush has a motor, an eccentric shaft with one end fixed to the motor’s rotation shaft, and a stem that acts as a vibration-transmitting part and has a bearing to hold the other end of the eccentric shaft and send vibrations made by the eccentric shaft’s rotation to the brush part.

In the electric toothbrush, the eccentric shaft is made so that the position of the center of gravity can move in at least one of two directions: the direction that changes the distance to the shaft center and the axial direction.
