Today's Patent - Voltage-Reduced Lithium Battery

The disclosed invention presents an application for a voltage-reduced lithium battery and its manufacturing method. The battery comprises a circuit assembly, a plastic frame, a wound battery core assembly, a first metal housing, a second metal housing, an insulating seal, and an insulating sheath.

The circuit assembly and plastic frame are positioned within the first metal housing, while the wound battery core assembly is housed in the second metal housing. The first and second metal housings are vertically aligned and joined together through circumferential welding. The insulating seal is used to enclose the second metal housing, and the insulating sheath encases both the first and second metal housings.
