TODAY’S PATENT – TWO PIECE CLOSET RING
Water closets and their associated water closet rings have been in used for many years. “Two piece closet ring” (US4502166A) was invented by Theodore C. Brown, Sr., who received his patent by the USPTO on 5th March 1985.
The present invention relates to plumbing fixtures to be used in water closet rings. There have been various experiments to meet the changing product requirements with respect to the closet ring. None of these have produced satisfactory results. However, this present invention is developed to provide an improved gasket means for water closet rings which can be used equally well with the iron pipe. This invention aims at providing an effective device which improves the usefulness of the system.
