The SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SEALING CONTAINERS were invented by James J. Sanfilippo (Chicago, IL), John E. Sanfilippo (Barrington, IL) on the 8th of April, 1997, bearing patent number US5617705A.
This current invention is for the process of sealing containers as per the environment control. It includes the seamer station, lid placement system, pre-purging rail, managed environment processor, head-space purging rail, and filling station. This invention is mainly beneficial for packaging with the sealing to preserve at every atmosphere such as vegetables, coffee, dry fruits, and some other food items that need to be preserved from the weather. So, it is required to a vacuum packaging with the managed environment processor. That is containing one or more chambers or some other framework linked to a source of vacuum. It will permit the interior part of the containers to slow down the pressure. The main purpose of this invention is to provide the process of sealing containers according to the environment.
