TODAY’S PATENT – STADIUM COAT
Folding coats are specially designed coats that can be folded to fit into a compact space. These coats are usually used by individuals attending outdoor sports events to combat major weather changes. Carrying and storing these products becomes a tedious process causing a lot of inconveniences. Connie J. Boesen received his patent for “Stadium coat” (US4563776A) by the USPTO on 14th January 1986.
The present invention is a jacket with multiple fasteners and straps attached to it. This jacket consists of a handle attached to it, to be easily carried around. It is designed in such a way where the jacket can be folded and converted into a Cushion so as to hide the straps and the handle unobtrusively while wearing it.
The primary objective of this invention is to create a garment that serves the purpose of a jacket as well as a cushion. Other objectives of this invention include easy movement of the garment and the absence of obstructions while wearing the jacket.
