The invention portable storage apparatus according to the present invention includes storage; and at least one support arrangement convertible to a resting platform, the support arrangement including a support arm and a compliant body. In one preferred form, the at least one support arm is telescopically extendible/collapsible. The compliant body may be a fabric that is rolled around a roller.
