TODAY’S PATENT- MULTI-LAYER KNEE PAD CONSTRUCTION
The Multi-layer knee pad construction was invented by Frederick W. Aldrich (Collingdale, PA), John J. Germanoro (Collingdale, PA) on the 27th of April, 1999, bearing patent number US5896580A.
This current invention has provided a multi-layer knee pad for the safety of the knee. There are multi-layers inside the pad and all function differently. There are various other inventions related to knee pads and their design and creation are way more appropriate, however, their functions constantly fail towards protecting the knee. While this invention consists of one layer that is a waterproof layer made up of rubber-like neoprene. Furthermore, it also cushioned the resiliency degree to the whole compound. The second one is the friction layer, which mainly involves the two layers by a diversity of fixed layers. It consists to be a direct link with the skin of the user. This invention is mainly useful for the workers in any fields, for parents having small children, gardeners, etc. can be used for protection of their knee while doing work.
