TODAY’S PATENT – IMAGE DISPLAY GAME DEVICE
This invention “Image display game device” was invented by Yoshihito Kinoshita, Isao Matsuoka, and Yoichi Okudaand was granted a patent on 12th April 1999 by Japan patent office bearing patent grant number JP2882771B2 to the patentee.
The present invention relates to a format in which a game such as a predetermined card or the like is displayed on a display screen and an operator operates an exchange instruction section and an end instruction section in response to the display. The present invention relates to an image display game device.
For example, there is an image display card game device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-39650. In this type of image display game device, a predetermined number (for example, five) of cards are displayed in a face-up arrangement on a display screen, and the player is arranged so that a predetermined winning combination can be formed by the displayed cards. A required card is selected from the displayed cards, and an unnecessary card is exchanged. When a winning combination is formed, a payout is determined according to a payout rate (odds) determined for the winning combination. The winning combination and the payout ratio are displayed on the display screen in the form of an odds table, and the player proceeds with the game while checking the payout ratio.
