TODAY’S PATENT – ICE CREAM MAKING APPARATUS AND AN AGITATOR FOR THE SAME
This was invented by Olivia Huang (Taichung Hsien). It was patented by the USPTO on March 27, 2001 bearing patent number US6205806B1. This invention pertains to a device for manufacturing ice cream and an agitator for it, more specifically to a device for creating ice cream at home and an agitator for it.
The goal of the current invention is to create an agitator for an ice cream maker that can produce high-quality ice cream by creating an excellent mixing effect.
The agitator has top and bottom ends as well as a shaft that passes through each of them to define an axis. On the shaft next to the top end are installed the initial left and right arms.
On the shaft next to the bottom end are installed a pair of second left and right arms. First right wing extends downward from the bottom side of the second right arm and is inclined at an angle with respect to the axis, and the first left wing extends downward from the bottom side of the second left arm in a direction that is about parallel to the axis.
The first and second left arms and the first and second right arms are connected by the diametrically opposing third left and right arms, respectively. From the third left and right arms, respectively, a pair of second left and right wings extend obliquely.
