TODAY’S PATENT – HOLSTERING A GUN
The present invention is a holster for a gun. This invention was invented by Keepers, Spencer (Yukon, OK). The patent was filed on April 5, 2017, and the patent number for this invention is RE47305.
The cited holster has an extending sidewall terminating at a gun entry edge. The sidewall has an inner surface that defines a cavity which helps in sliding a gun into the hoster. The present technology relates generally to gun carrying and without any restriction to novel gun technology. There are a number of variety of devices that are designed to be worn by the user in order to carry a gun on his or her body. The holster is generally a hollow-shaped sheath forming a cavity into which guns can be easily slid.
With this invention, the margin of error is extremely small when handling a gun. If there is a little bit of mistake in using a gun then it can cause injuries to other people in the surrounding. With that being said this technology is directed to novel apparatus and it reduces the likelihood of a negligent discharge of a gun during holstering.
