TODAY’S PATENT – HAND CARRIABLE SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
The Hand carriable surface cleaning apparatus was invented by Wayne Ernest Conrad and is been patented by USPTO on 25th September 2018 bearing patent no. US10080472B2. This patent has been assigned to Omachron Intellectual Property Inc.
A hand surface cleaning apparatus can operate for longer without reducing airflow into the dirty air inlet. This device has a transversely enhanced pre-motor filter. HEPA pre-motor filters reduce entrained dirt. Use clogs the filter. The lifespan of a pre-motor filter and a post-motor filter can be extended by increasing its upstream side surface area. Configuring the pre-motor filter with a larger upstream surface area than the suction motor inlet end increases its surface area.
The pre-motor filter can cover the cyclone chamber, suction motor, dirt collection chamber, or part of the open volume between them. The hand surface cleaning device has a suction motor, cyclone chamber, pre-motor filter, and an openable door. When the door is opened, the pre-motor filter may remain attached to at least one cyclone chamber and the suction motor.
