TODAY’S PATENT – FLAVOR-GENERATING HEATER AND TOOL
This invention “Flavor generating heater and tool” was invented by Sadayoshi Matsuura and Manabu Takeuchi and was granted a patent on 15th April 2000 by the South Korea patent office bearing patent grant number KR100251591B1 to the patentee.
The present invention relates to a heater for heating a flavoring piece in order to enjoy flavor suction or pseudo-smoking, and a flavoring mechanism using the same. The present invention relates to a heater for flavoring and a flavoring device for producing flavor by heating the product.
The flavoring piece 12 contains a molded body 32 of a raw material containing a flavoring substance. The heater 42 generates a flavor by heating it so as not to burn the flavor-producing piece 12. The heater 42 has a tank 46 for storing flammable gas provided in the heat insulation holder 44. On tank 46, combustion part 52 which burns combustible gas is provided. Ignition and extinguishing of the combustion section 52 are switched by switch 58. The upper portion of the adiabatic holder 44 consists of a heat exchange duct 62 which encloses the combustion section 52 and provides an exhaust passage 64. A vent pipe 74 is provided to cross the heat exchange duct 62 in the exhaust path 64. Heat exchange is performed between the fluid flowing in the exhaust path 64 and the fluid flowing in the vent pipe 74. The outer surface of the heat insulation holder 44 is provided with a socket 76 for communicating with the vent pipe 74 and for detachably mounting the flavoring piece 12.
