Breathing in vapor is what the user does rather than smoking. “Vaping” is a common term used to refer to the act of using an electronic cigarette. A heating element vaporizes a liquid solution known as e-liquid, which rapidly cools into an aerosol consisting of tiny droplets, vapor, and air. The atomizer is a component of the electronic cigarette.
An electronic cigarette has a liquid supply, a heater, a wick, at least one air inlet, and a mouth end insert. Electronic cigarettes may also include an airflow diverter to steer incoming air away from the heater’s heating zone. This cartridge integrates an airflow diverter with a cylindrical wall and ports, enhancing airflow control around the wick and heater. Including a bowl-shaped end cap with radial extensions further optimizes airflow, while the overall design ensures efficient vaporization and consistent delivery of the formulation to the user.
