TODAY’S PATENT- DOOR CLOSER

The Door Closer was invented by Oliver Walhorn on the 17th of May 2012, bearing patent number US20120117755A1.

The above mentioned invention is a door closer which helps in opening and closing of doors easily. This invention has many advantages, the pre-fabricated damper helps in natural rising and exchangeability. The damper damps the turning movement of the door with help of kinetic energy. A small and operative damper can easily be combined into the measurements of door closer. Operating a door closer is more consistent and is more service friendly. The door closer consist of a rotating shaft to the leaf of a door and a cam, which is inclined in a spin-proof manner on the rotating shaft and collaborates with a string loaded roller which helps the door in opening and closing.
