TODAY’S PATENT – DISPENSING CONTAINER
The Dispensing Container was invented by Bradley Donald Teys on the 1st of December 2011, bearing patent number US20110290800A1. The current assignee is Sands Innovations Pty Ltd. The following is a utility patent.
The present invention is related to a container having a body which is in the form of a cavity for storing dispensable liquid and having an opening, a covering for that opening; and a lid connected to the body by a failure zone which is also openable in use forming a hinge. The lid has a open and close covering or hinge. The gripping elements of the container are designed so that the lid is easy to open in human hands. The invention also in its claims include the method of manufacturing the same dispensing container, constructing a container assembly with a body, a lid covering the body, filling the container assembly and sealing the container assembly with a covering.
The objective of this invention is to bring the facility of limited or metered amount of serve into reusable containers, often for which single use containers are adopted.
