TODAY’S PATENT – BATHING PONCHO
This was invented by Timothy A. Reardon (Orange Park, FL), and Brenda L. Reardon (Orange Park, FL). It was patented by the USPTO on March 31, 2009 bearing patent number US7509689B2. A disposable poncho designed to be worn while bathing or taking a shower is the focus of the current invention.
Ponchos are the shape of the clothing. It is planned that the colour of the shower or bathing poncho and the drying poncho will differ. Shampoo and soap will also be impregnated into the bathing poncho. For security and to keep the poncho from accidentally being exposed, each will have ties on the sides.
The clothing is made of biodegradable, disposable material. The innovation offers enhanced components of an arrangement for the aforementioned uses that are reasonably priced, dependable, and completely successful in achieving their goals.
Bathing or showering facilities in places like hospitals, nursing homes, gyms, college dorms, and the like frequently lack the privacy that one is used to at home. Therefore, taking off your clothes to take a bath or shower might be an awkward and unpleasant experience. The market would undoubtedly benefit from the introduction of a covering that would protect one’s dignity by reducing exposure and guaranteeing a thorough cleaning.
