Today’s Patent – Banner Stand
The said invention (US11942001B1) was invented by Clifford Lidell, and patented by USPTO on October 18th, 2023. Currently, it stands assigned to the Gamestand LLC.
The present disclosure describes a banner stand for connecting a banner. The banner stand includes a frame structure with poles and coupling joints forming a banner receiving area. Each coupling joint has a plate with a hole, and an elastic cord maintains the sequential order of the poles and joints. Spike members help to position the frame structure upright, and a banner attachment cord connects the banner to the holes in the plates. Traditional banner stands often suffer from instability and portability issues. The disclosed banner stand aims to address these problems by providing a more stable and portable structure for displaying banners.
Several existing banner stands have limitations in terms of stability, portability, and banner size support. The disclosed banner stand offers a potential solution to these issues by incorporating features like a stable frame structure, spike members for ground anchoring, and a flexible banner attachment cord. This allows for a more secure and versatile banner display.
