TODAY’S PATENT- AUTOMATIC CARTON PACKING MACHINE
The AUTOMATED CARTON PACKING MACHINE was invented by Mutsuhiko Nakajima (Soka) on the 9th of April, 1985, bearing patent number US4509312A.
This current invention is about the system that can help in the automatic packaging of the cartons. The invention presents the machine that can manufacture both the gable and flat top kind carton. It is a withdrawing appliance for the withdrawal of carton blanks that is having sealed bottoms the withdrawing appliance presents fitted mandrels, which is helping in the enlargement downwardly vertical direction. There is another appliance for pushing out the blank cartoons in the horizontal direction on a table. Then with the help of a conveyor system along with a bucket set up to a right angle in pushing direction, and also considerate the blank’s carton in flat parts and rows created at both sides of the bucket. It contains the folding tool that is folding the upper edge of the carton’s top, the bottom part of the carton formed in triangular lugs, and attached to the carton’s side surfaces. The purpose of this invention is to provide a high potential speed of carton and design it in rectangular part of the flat top.
