TODAY’S PATENT – APPARATUS FOR PREPARING AND DISPENSING FOOD PRODUCTS

An Apparatus for preparing and dispensing food products was invented by Enrico Grampassi. This invention was granted a patent by USPTO on 7^th August 2018 bearing patent no. US10039297B2.  This patent has been assigned to the SPM drink system SpA.

This invention is the machine for preparing and dispensing food items like hot drinks and cold foods. It has new and innovative technical features that give the user a high level of customization. The device has a holding tank, a base body, a backlit panel made of either clear or opaque material, a deflector member, a flat surface on a plane that is almost parallel to the backlit panel, and a mixing device inside the holding tank.

The light from the light source is spread out by the deflector so that the whole front panel has the same amount of light. The machine has a device for cooling the product, a device for mixing the product, and a device for dispensing the product at the front of the tank.
