PATENT OF THE WEEK – CLOTHING SYSTEMS

The Clothing Systems was invented by Rachel Dawn Stones, Delorse Kay Raymond on 3rd September 2013, bearing patent number US8522362B1.

This present invention is a clothing system which includes a first two-piece swimsuit. The first two-piece swimsuit may include a swimsuit top and a swimsuit bottom. The clothing system may include further include a midsection cover sized and configured to be selectively connected to the swimsuit top to form a second two-piece swimsuit.

The first midsection cover including: an upper edge; a plurality of snap members secured to the upper edge of the first midsection cover and sized and configured to be connected to the plurality of snap members secured to the elastic, expandable lower portion of the swimsuit top; and a lower edge that is not configured to be connected to the swimsuit bottom, such that the first midsection cover, when connected to the swimsuit top, is positionable independent from the swimsuit bottom.
