Today’s Patent – UV Watch Screen Protector Sticking Machine
The said invention (US12019403B1) was invented by Caihong Chen, and patented by USPTO on October 7th, 2023. Currently, it stands assigned to Individual.
This invention addresses the limitations of current watch screen protector sticking machines. These machines often lack a built-in UV curing function, making the process inconvenient. Additionally, the liquid-absorbing materials used to prevent glue overflow are difficult to replace. Moreover, positioning the watch and applying the screen protector during the sticking process can be complex, leading to potential damage. To overcome these issues, this machine incorporates a UV curing lamp, a detachable liquid-absorbing member, and a precise positioning system. The upper cover component houses the UV curing lamp, while the screen protector positioning component includes a liquid-absorbing member and a mounting hole. The positioning component is detachable for easy replacement of the liquid-absorbing material.
The machine uses a novel placement method that involves placing the screen protector on a press member and controlling its application through the press member. This eliminates the need for external components or clamps, simplifying the process and reducing the risk of bubbles forming. The base features a placement slot with fool-proof slots on both sides, ensuring correct watch placement. The press member’s Z-shaped design allows for gentle contact between the watch and screen protector, preventing bubbles and ensuring a secure bond.
