This product was invented by Matthew A. Seibert (Columbus, OH), and Marco Lourenco (Baltimore, MD) . It was patented by the USPTO on  January 21, 2020, bearing patent number USD873017S1. This patent was assigned to BLACK & DECKER INC. (New Britain, CT). Their claim is the ornamental design for the tool container, as shown and described.

This toolbox, which can hold various tools up to 35 kg, has five trays for convenient access to tools and parts. It can be used in your workshop or tool shed to arrange your screwdrivers, wrenches, drill bits, and other tools. It is the most effective way to arrange your often used instruments. So, it will be a good choice for the men with tools around.

TOOL CONTAINER

1910 saw the founding of “The Black & Decker Manufacturing Company” as a small machine business in September by S. Duncan Black (1883–1951) and Alonzo G. Decker (1884–1956) in Baltimore. In Towson, Maryland, the first factory opened its doors in 1917.

Black+Decker is an American manufacturer of fastening systems, hardware, home improvement goods, power tools, and accessories. Formerly known as The Stanley Works, Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is a Fortune 500 American company that produces security products as well as household and industrial hardware. The Stanley Works and Black & Decker merged on March 12, 2010, to form Stanley Black & Decker, which has its headquarters in the greater Hartford area of New Britain, Connecticut. Black & Decker continues to be that company’s solely owned subsidiary.
