TODAY’S PATENT – APPLIANCE FOR CONTROLLED RISING OF DOUGH
The Appliance for controlled rising of dough was invented by Beverly J. Mix and is been patented by USPTO on 24th September 2029 bearing patent no. US10420348B2.
The inventor saw a need for a dough-rising appliance with a cover, an upper tray with a removable bladder, a lower drawer section with a slide-out drawer, a power switch controlled by a thermostatic control, a power indicator light, an over-temperature limit switch, and support feet. The rectangular removable bladder can be taken out to make the bag lighter and easier to store. The heating coil is wound radially around a coil support system made of mica. The appliance also has a lid with a flat body and a lid skirt that can be used for general storage, warming towels, keeping food warm, and rewarming food. AC current can be used to power the appliance through a power cord. The bladder can be taken out, washed, and put back in if needed.
