TODAY’S PATENT – FLUID MEASUREMENT DEVICES AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
The Fluid measurement device and methods of making and using the same was invented by Stan Brown, Monte LININGER. which is been patented by USPTO on 13th September 2022 bearing patent no. US11439116B2. This patent has been assigned to Beco Dairy Automation Inc.
A fluid measurement device can easily measure the volume and/or weight of a fluid, like the milk that a dairy animal makes when it is being milked. The fluid’s electrical conductivity and voltage are measured by the conduit, conductivity sensor, and voltage sensor. The first ring of the voltage sensor gets a voltage that has already been set, and the second ring detects capacitance or a second voltage. Most of the time, water or milk are used. The voltage from the conductivity sensor and the capacitance or second voltage from the voltage sensor are used by the processor to figure out the weight and volume of the fluid.
The device keeps track of data about the system and the cows so that operators can better manage milking sessions and get the best milk quality and quantity. The device checks the health of dairy animals based on the data from milking.
