TODAY’S PATENT – BIRD SCARING DEVICE

The Bird scaring device was invented by Arnold Nofziger. This invention was granted patent by USPTO on 14th August 2018 bearing patent no. US10045524B2.

TODAY'S PATENT - BIRD SCARING DEVICE

This invention is about a device that scares birds away. The device to scare birds away acts like a predatory bird in flight. The bird-scaring device has an upper body segment, a lower body segment, a middle body segment with a pair of wings, a positioning element, a positioning element mount, an upper fastening element, and a lower fastening element so that the bird-scaring device can be moved.

As the bird-scare device slides between the upper and lower fastening element, sways with the positioning element, and turns on the positioning element mount, it may move in ways that are unexpected and hard to predict. The wings may stick out from the middle part of the body, and they may also move in the wind to make it look like a bird is flying. So, the bird-scare device can make unpredictable, realistic movements of predator birds to scare away pest birds.
