TODAY’S PATENT – DEVICE AND METHOD FOR LOOSENING SOIL
The Device and methods for loosening soil was invented by Andrew Niemczyk. This was granted patent by USPTO on 11th August 2020 bearing patent no. US10736252B2. The invention is a device and method for loosening soil that doesn’t need tools or plows and doesn’t require a lot of work.
Several long, tubular devices are put into soil holes that have been dug or otherwise made by the invention. Each tool has a hollow tube hub with thin blades that curve in the same direction and are spaced out around the tube. Each tool should have 18 blades to help loosen the ground. If you take out one blade, you get a gap and a radial slot in the hub.
Seasonal changes in the soil put pressure on the blades and hub, making them turn inward and around. The hub slot makes the blade bend inwards more. When the pressure of the soil goes down, the outer parts of the curved blades spread out in all directions. Soil loosens.
