TODAY’S PATENT – HEADSET

The wireless headset was invented by Anders Fahrendorff, Todd Andrew Wood, Brian Dennis Paschke, and Leonardo Aldana was patented by USPTO on 21st June, 2011 bearing patent No. USD640242S. the invention is currently assigned to BlackBerry Ltd. The design of the wireless headset has a generic design and has been granted a design patent considering the ornamental design of it.

The wireless headset is having a rectangular body with an earbud which is placed inside the ear and it is connected to a device using Bluetooth. The headset is compact, easy to carry, convenient to use. It can be connected to any device with Bluetooth facility, such as car, computer, television, smartphones without using a cable.
