TODAY’S PATENT – DRINK DISPENSING APPARATUS

The Drink dispenser was invented by Wolfram Peters, Simon Wilkinson and Robert Sluijter was patented by USPTO on 19^th June, 2001 bearing patent No. USD443792S1. The invention is assigned to Heineken Supply Chain BV. The design of the drink dispenser is generic and has been granted a design patent considering the ornamental design of it.

The current invention has a lever to allow the flow of drink, and it has a base where the glass is placed for filling, and the base has holes for draining off any drink spilt. A fan is fixed on the backside, which allows refrigeration of cool beverages. They are used to hold and dispense pre-made drinks, such as iced tea, juices and lemonades, soda, or even mixed drinks.
