TODAY’S PATENT – DRINK DISPENSING APPARATUS
The Drink dispenser was invented by Wolfram Peters, Simon Wilkinson and Robert Sluijter was patented by USPTO on 19th June, 2001 bearing patent No. USD443792S1. The invention is assigned to Heineken Supply Chain BV. The design of the drink dispenser is generic and has been granted a design patent considering the ornamental design of it.
The current invention has a lever to allow the flow of drink, and it has a base where the glass is placed for filling, and the base has holes for draining off any drink spilt. A fan is fixed on the backside, which allows refrigeration of cool beverages. They are used to hold and dispense pre-made drinks, such as iced tea, juices and lemonades, soda, or even mixed drinks.
