PATENT OF THE WEEK – WIRE ROD FORMING PROCESS

The WIRE ROD FORMING PROCESS was invented by Lionel Freeman (Santa Monica, CA) on the 22nd of April, 2003, bearing patent number US6550123B2.

This current invention is for the multitude of rods by placing them together side by side. This invention will offer the procedure of making a multitude of already wire rods. This invention’s process is in this way by putting the rods together to make a rectangular design panel. Then put the panel into forming press, and hook the ends of all rods together. By this can be made double bending wire rods that can be together till they are used. Thus, this process can help them in shipping, storage, and handling. These straps of rods don’t need to overlap with each other. This invention’s motive is to reduce the timing of production, save the human-time, economically create multitudes of rods.
