TODAY’S PATENT – CONVERTIBLE COMFORTER AND PILLOW
The Convertible comforter and pillow was invented by John K. Elliott (Orange, CA) on the 17th of October, 1995, bearing patent number US5457829A.
The Object of the present invention is to provide an improved convertible comforter and pillow. The invention is to provide an improved, high quality, comforter of a specific thickness which converts into a pillow of standard size. It is a still more particular object of the present invention to provide an improved, high quality, comforter which is easily converted into a standard size pillow which may be slipped into a standard size pillow case. Another objective of the present invention is to provide an improved convertible comforter and pillow requiring no exterior hardware, straps or strings for conversion and or to fasten the pillow in position. It is a further particular object of the present invention to provide an improved, high quality, comforter having a pocket which can accommodate a standard size pillow or the feet of a user. It is yet another particular object of the present invention to provide an improved, high quality, comforter having a pocket which allows the comforter to be used on either side.
