TODAY’S PATENT – KITCHEN SCOOP AND PLUNGER
“Kitchen scoop and plunger” (US4137578A) was invented by John D. Felici, patented by the USPTO on 6th February 1979.
This invention relates to kitchen scoop and plunger, used as a kitchen utensil and employed to solve the problem of garbage disposal unit that often clogs the drain opening. The prior art techniques for the same pose certain problems like ease of manufacturing, ultimate expense, complexity of the device, unsatisfactory operation, the inability to perform more than one function, and the like. The objective of this inventions is to provide an improved idea for a kitchen utensil which overcomes the prior art problems and is versatile for its intended purpose. Further, the purpose of this invention is to fulfill the need for the art, as well as to become more apparent to the skilled artisan.
